Refund Policy

All sales are final, refunds, returns or exchanges are prohibited.  In the event of delivery error or shipping damage email customerservice@styleandgrace.com and the claim will be reviewed. To raise an issue of fault, the email must be sent within 48 hours of product delivery. S&GCC reserve the right to request documentation of any claim of shipping damage or incorrect product delivery. 

Please DO NOT to return any product order. All returned product cannot be exchanged or reused and will be discarded.  If an incorrect order is shipped or damaged in transit please email customerservice@styleandgracecoffee.com and the corrected order will be shipped immediately upon approval.
